About Us
Our olive grove
Perched within the rugged beauty of Els Ports National Park in Catalonia, our olive grove is a testament to both nature’s resilience and human craftsmanship. Carved into the mountainside, ancient trees with gnarled trunks and silvery-green leaves thrive on hand-built stone terraces—structures that capture rainwater, regulate temperature, and create the perfect microclimate for exceptional olives. These terraces, meticulously stacked since generations, absorb the sun’s warmth by day and release it at night, nurturing the trees in a seamless blend of tradition and innovation.
Harvest season is a time-honored ritual, with the help of skilled hands from the local community we all carefully pick each olive straight from the branch—just as our ancestors did. This labor-intensive process ensures that only the finest Farga, Sevillenca, and Morruda olives make it into our oil. By respecting the land and the trees, we keep our production intentionally limited—because true quality should never be rushed. More than just an olive grove, this is a legacy of sustainable harmony between people and nature, bottled for those who appreciate the extraordinary.
