Product description
This set is ideal if you want to enjoy the full flavour spectrum of our organic EVOOs. It comes with four 250ml bottles, each with the distinct flavour of each of our olives.
Morruda olives are fruity with aromas of artichoke and almond, some apple. They are well balanced in sweetness with a very flavourful after taste.
Sevillenca olives have a medium fruity level with richness in apple and banana, and hint of almond and fennel. It is sweet in the mouth with some flavourful after taste.
Farga olives are relatively fruity and rich in secondary aromas like banana peel, which dominates slightly over banana and apple. It is most balanced of our oils in sweetness, bitterness and spiciness.
Coupage is the oil that combines all of the above. A combination of olive varieties is the standard when purchasing olive oil, hence we want to provide this also to our customers. This oil represents the variety of trees on our farm, approx 50% Morruda, 40% Sevillenca and 10% Farga. Coupage is a very flavourful oil for many occasions.
